Dodi Bayar (Davkharbayar Enkhbayar) is a Mongolian jazz pianist who trained classically for eight years at the Music and Dance College of Mongolia before earning his jazz piano degree at the Mongolian State Conservatory (2022–2026), including a scholarship exchange year at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München.
Since 2022 he has played piano, celesta and organ with Fantasia Orchestra, which performs film and animation music, and has been a regular performer at Fat Cat Jazz Club, one of Mongolia's leading jazz venues. His credits include the Shangri-La Hotel Mongolia, the German Embassy, the National Stadium and Broadway Lounge Restaurant. In Germany he performed at Unterfahrt Jazz Club, Bar Montez and Fat Cat in Munich, and presented jazz arrangements of Mongolian songs at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.
Having lived and studied in Japan, Dodi speaks conversational Japanese, and he brings the same adaptability to every room: warm lounge sets, elegant cocktail hours, private events and formal dinners.
